true elopement - $150

1 Hour Private Land Use

  • Land  Use Only ( No House Use)
  • Restricted to the couple, officiant, photographer and 2 witnesses 
  • No set up, but choose any area you prefer including the greenhouse

additional information

Our parking is limited, we allow 15 cars on site so please carpool when necessary.

  • We operate 7 days a week
  •  Additional Time: $200 per hour
  • Choice of arbor: Wooden arbor (draping available) or double faux floral arches
  • Speakers for music: you must assign someone to operate your playlist
  • Choice of set up area: Cliff & Water views or the Greenhouse Grove
  • Set up and take down included
  • Any decorations wanted are provided and put up by you
  • 2 round tables that can be used for cake, marriage license signing, etc
  • Up to 32 guests: This does not include the couple or vendors
